Med spas

The most expensive empty chair in the building.

High tickets, elective bookings, and a cancellation that costs more than anywhere else in beauty.

Built and run by one person, here in Tulsa. Not a call centre.

What actually goes wrong

A filler appointment that cancels on Thursday afternoon is not a small loss, and it does not refill itself. Somebody has to work a list, and that somebody is usually the person already running the floor.

Med spa enquiries are also slower. People ask questions before they book — about downtime, about whether they are a candidate, about what it will actually cost. Those conversations happen at nine at night on a phone, and if nobody answers they happen with the next clinic instead.

And your front desk is not just a front desk. They are checking people in, handling payment, managing a provider’s running order. The phone is the thing that gets dropped, and it is carrying your highest-value callers.

What it does for med spas

It answers the questions that come before a booking

What you offer, roughly how long it takes, what to expect afterwards — in your words, from what you tell it, not from the internet.

It fills the gap when something cancels

A cancellation triggers the waitlist rather than a sticky note. The chair gets offered while it is still worth filling.

It captures the enquiry properly

Name, number, what they are interested in, whether they have had it before — so the provider calling back is not starting from nothing.

Worth saying out loud

What it will not do

Every one of these is a place where being confidently wrong costs you more than saying “let me have someone call you back.” So it says that instead.

  • It will not give medical advice, assess whether someone is a candidate, or discuss anything clinical. That goes to a provider, always.
  • It will not quote a price for a treatment that depends on units, areas, or a consultation.
  • It will not take intake information that belongs on a medical form.

If your practice handles anything that counts as protected health information, tell me before we build. That changes what I can and cannot put in the system, and I would rather turn the work down than get it wrong.

Find out what it is costing you

Tell me about your phone and I will come back with a real number for your business, not a slider on a website. No charge, and no obligation to buy anything.

I read these myself. No newsletter, no drip sequence, no selling your details on.
