One rate card. Everybody pays the same.
You pay for the minutes you use. A plumber is not charged more than a stylist because his jobs are worth more — if that sounds obvious, look at what most of this industry does.

$499 to get started, and that includes your first month. It covers the whole build: sitting down with you, putting your service menu and your people into the system, tuning how it sounds, connecting your booking link, test calls with you listening, and thirty days of me watching every call. After that it is the monthly rate above and nothing else.
Minutes over your bundle are $0.50 each. That’s not a profit centre — it’s a nudge to move up a tier, and I’ll tell you when it’s time rather than quietly billing you for it. If you’d rather not think about it monthly, 10 months prepaid gets you 12.
Everyone pays the same rate card. A plumber isn’t charged more than a stylist because his jobs are worth more. You pay for the minutes you use, and that is the whole of it.
Prefer to own it outright rather than rent it? Ask me — there’s a way to do that honestly, and I’ll show you the maths on why most people decide against it.
How to pick one
Work out roughly how many calls a month you would want it to take — not every call you get, only the ones nobody picks up today. Multiply by three minutes. That is your number.
If you land between two tiers, start on the lower one. Going over costs $0.50 a minute and I will tell you when it is time to move up, rather than letting it run. Starting high and being oversold is how people end up resenting a subscription.
Not sure? The free Missed Call Audit works this out from your actual call volume, and I will tell you if the answer is that you do not need this.
What I will not do
No annual contract, no per-seat creep, no surprise line items
The price on this page is the price. There is no onboarding tier, no premium support add-on, and no charge for asking me to change something.
Prices rise with inflation once a year, and that will be in your agreement before you sign it rather than in an email eighteen months later.
The promises
Month to month
Thirty days’ notice, no annual contract. If I need to lock you in to keep you, I haven’t done my job.
Your customers are yours
Your call data is never sold, never shared with another client, and never used to train anything. That’s in the contract, not just on this page.
Thirty-day setup refund
If it isn’t working in the first month, you get the $499 back and we part as friends. This town is too small for me to keep money I didn’t earn.
